How to Use

1. Press the power switch once to power on. Vibration starts at pattern 1.
2. Each subsequent press of the switch advances the vibration pattern through patterns 2 to 7.
3. While vibration is active, press the power up switch to increase power in two steps. Normal state becomes stronger with one press, stronger again with a second press.
4. The movement of the red light will change according to the selected vibration and power state.
5. The eighth press temporarily stops vibration; press again to return to the initial vibration pattern.
6. To finish and power off, press and hold the switch.
7. If a higher power step was applied, use the power down switch to return the two step increase applied by the power up control.
